Star Trek Into Darkness Captain T-Shirt

First appearing in the 2009 motion picutre, these fashion T-shirts feature USS Enterprise division colors and insignias. Constructed of 100% heavyweight Cotton, they are the perfect casual uniform.

The custom-made insignias are NOT screen printed, nor are they patches. Instead, an innovative method was used that utilizes flex material (also called apparel film) and flock. The silver areas of the insignias are flex and feature a metallic look. The black portions of the insignias are made from flock, a velvet-like material with a three dimensional look and feel.

The metallic flex and black flock are individually placed components that are precisely cut on a vinyl cutter, then applied with a professional heat press (NOT a hand-iron) using very high temperatures and pressure.  Machine washable and dryable.
